John Sullivan

John L. Sullivan is Professor of Media and Communication at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. His research explores the constructions of audiences within media organizations, the implementation of U.S. media policies, and on the political economy of online cultural production. Recently, he has begun a longer-term project to study the political economy of podcasting. He is the author of Media Audiences: Effects, Users, Institutions, and Power (Sage, 2013).
